Some friends of ours (Waiters, bar staff & shop guys) were telling us that the long beach was going to be redeveloped over this winter.

Did it happen? if so what actually did happen? did any bars have to close because they lost their frontage?

This is a good news for you because of this build then no. of tourists increase and
business is run more fast as compare to now well every good thing come with some
bad thing so ignore it and try to best for more develop.
